Please critique the crap out of this logo as I have no one else at my work who understands design!

Thanks to liquisoft for his wonderful font 'Fonce Sans'. It is one of the easiest fonts ive worked with when it comes to large bodies of type (and it works just as well on logos!)

I think the bottom choice has the most potential. The colors are nice. I would do something different with the type for "This is", i.e. size change, etc. I think there needs to be some kind of visual hierarchy somewhere. Everything is pretty much looking the same size. Just my thoughts. Good logo idea and design - keep up the good work.
